Another note - We believe that Non-US users MAY experience voltage issues using the included US AC power supplies with their units IF THE POWER IS FLUCTUATING OVER 220VAC. If you are overseas or uncertain about power stability - please use a voltmeter to check that the voltage on your 5V supply does not exceed 5.15V. Best to use the DC/DC cables - OR if you have the need to power it with AC - please find a localized power supply that does not put out more than 5.15v dc.

Standard Ipad Chargers that output 5V at 2.1A are capable of running your transmitter and receiver, so if you have power that fluctuates or is over 220VAC, then we recommend finding a

Sorry for the hassle, but if you are a non US customer please test your AC power supply in advance as this was a US Region product (where we are based). Please feel free to request Regionalized power cables from your distributor - they may or may not be able to provide them (we don't make power cables for every region yet.)

    Best,

    Dan

Good to chk this out of course as the power certainly does 'fluctuate' over 220V here in Australia being a 240V country :-) as is UK, Afghanistan, Brunei, Kuwait, Qatar, Fiji, Malaysia etc and plenty of others

Just checking some of the USB power supplies around here, found amongst a few others over 5.15v, a recent iPod 1A power supply for example running on 240V (244v today to be exact) puts out 5.19v

Look into the Tekkeon MP3450 myPower ALL Universal Rechargeable Battery. I use it to Power my LED RingLight and my HDMI splitter. Also works great for powering phones, monitors small cameras LED lights etc..

Does anyone know who might have a Paralinx Arrow in Australia that is willing to rent it for a job later this month. Don't think I'll be able to get ahold of one in time and it would be nice to maybe give it a try before I buy. Are there any local Australian distributors? None are listed on the site.

The MP3450 is AWESOME. Love that thing. I have one for traveling, with the -10 extendo-pack on it.... the thing lasts forever for recharging GoPros, iPhones, iPad etc.

I've got a shoot that starts the 17th, but I won't be getting my two units until some time the following week. Anybody know if there are any rental houses in the Los Angeles area that have these to get me by until mine show up? I've looked around but have not located any places that rent them out.

Whats the best way to power the transmitter on the camera without having a D-tap plate. Say for un manned aerial setup where you have to strip the camera down to least weight as possible.

While I wait for the next shipment, I found this female to female HDMI coupler that is the smallest I've seen:

This will make the setup the smallest possible...
