Tom, I caught the early download the other day, and I must say, I absolutely loved everything about the film. Great shots, great editing, music was perfect. I watched all the behind the scenes videos as well. I can't get enough of Timescapes.

    Thank you Tom,

Downloading HD version right now. Just want to say, your film is to me a more valid as a sales point than any blockbusters out there. Since I find it much more interesting to see what one man can do with his camera than what an army/feature film crew can do.

Will comeback for 4k as soon as I got something to actually play it on.

Also, it would be great if you could share with us some status of your sales further on. Just so we know before we all run out, to buy sleeping bags and aim for the stars :)

Does anyone know the difference between the Blu Ray download and the HD 1080P download? Is the bitrate higher in the Blu Ray download? I'll be playing it on my 1080P projector through XBMC media player but want the best bitrate possible.

    Cheers.

BR will be usually more than 15MBits/sec and peaking to 32MBits
1080HD will be below 10MBits/sec and usually around 5-6 to accommodate IP video streaming.

    Hi Tom,
I watched your film, the BTS and dir commentaries tonight over and over again and I can not get enough. So I'm sorry, you need to get out there and shoot more.

For the above reasons I wiling to offer you the following if you come to Sweden: A truck holding our Milo with 70 feet of track and crew to go and shoot on Gotland (the island of Ingmar Bergman) for 30 days.

    Congrats!

I would love to see a IMAX DMR 70MM print of this in an IMAX Dome. That would probably be awesome.

Congratulations Tom, been following your work for some time now and I'm thrilled that the film is ready.
When I saw the first trailer it brought tears to my eyes, no kidding.
I cant wait to see the final result.
    My best.
