Watched this tonight with the wife and a few of our friends.

I honestly had to apologize to the group after it was over. There is some really beautiful imagery, but it feels like some variation of the same 3 or 4 shots over, and over. Unlike other similar sorts of films, there is seemingly no grand narrative or theme tying it all together. Hope this doesn't so rude, but the flick did not click for us at all.

Hey Tom, Finally had time to enjoy the whole Blu-ray this evening.Watched Timescapes again. The blu-ray was even better than the download.
The part I really got into was the behind the scenes stuff. The Making of, Behind the Music, Director's commentary and Production photos. They all taught me about the production process. Well put together, entertaining and informative. BTW, hat off to Nigel Stanford for a great sound track. Very well done.
I can see many of these shots being incorporated into mainstream films.
Loved the Lake Powell Boat lapses. Just wish I had the Master Primes:)
So many of us have seen your dedication to this project. You should be very proud.
    Congratulations and may success abound.

Why has the Blu Ray only DD sound at 448 Kbit/s (medium DVD quality)? No lossless??

Finally got to see this in my edit suite. A masterpiece. Some of the timelapse camera moves are bold and amazing. Very nice.
