    This was my first fashion shoot. Inspired by Ketch Rossi's "Carly."

    Please check it out! I'd love to hear your feedback.

    Shot on the Scarlet with Arri Master Primes.

    UPDATE:

    Just uploaded some stills on this Facebook page.

    Great work. Did you use any HDRX on that?

    Thanks! No HDRx, all shot in 4K at ISO 800.

    Some tips;

    Watch hard lighting and hard clipping on skin.

    Be more careful with makeup.

    For video you need a story (can be abstract story, but still), a message, a beginning, a middle and an end.

    Good start: Need to be careful around the window with the exterior light readings combined with your model. Some parts are overexposed too white looking. Makeup and hand shots: When showing hand shots the hands should have longer nails, which give your model a more feminine look

    Keep it up

    I tried not to clip the model at all, mostly tried to blow out the windows. I do remember that in one of the shots she did get a bit clipped.

    What would you recommend for makeup? Or maybe you can direct me to some place I can read more into it? I didn't have a film makeup artist, she did it herself along with the stylist.

    I was actually planning on turning it into a small story, and I still may... by adding something at the beginning and end. But I did get some good stills from it, which I will put up soon.

    Will definitely keep that in mind for next time. I was going for a light feel to it, with lots of white and light colors, maybe I went a bit too far, haha.

    Thank you both for the feedback!!
