R3D AMC 4K workflow?

Hi please go easy on me, i'm new to RED.

I've watched a video put out by AVID about RED which all makes sense the problem is the turoial only covers HD, How does one conform for 4K.
Can I use RedCine-x.
Or can I just export my EDL to DS and will it re link to original R3D files.
If some on has already asked this please link me

Yes, you can send an AAF or AFE to Avid DS and do a link based on alternate sources, point to the R3D's and go from there. Should all be described in the Avid DS Conform guide.
