HOW do I change from 4K HD to 2K @ 120fps ??

We have been shooting 4K HD @ 30fps with our Red-One up until now.

Today, we want to do a shot in 2K 16:1 (2:1 ??) @ 120fps, and I just want to make sure I put in the correct settings and do nothing to damage the camera.

System Menu:

Configure: change to 2K 16:1

Sensor Menu:

Varispeed:

Frame Rate: change to 120fps


I assume that that is all there is to it. If not, please fill me in on the details of how to set the camera to achieve this. And, please be specific.
