WTR: FF, Remote FF, and Tripod

I've got a two day music video, most likely June 5th & 6th, and most of my support gear is booked with my other camera in Phoenix.

Looking to rent a follow focus with 19mm rod mounts , FF4 ideally, a remote follow focus, Bartec or something comparable, and a heady duty tripod that will support 15-20 lbs.
