If the color bars hit you roll back to 3.0.0 then redo the 3.2.8, no peripherals attached. Worked for me after a try or two.

Auto slate is AWESOME. Cannot wait to start incorporating this into projects, hopefully favorite NLEs will support some kind of autodetect in the future. Time and lifesaver. I'm calling it, most underrated feature of the year.

I am thrilled with the new build but was really hoping Prerecord would be included. I know there are not a ton of wildlife people using Epics but Prerecord is really, really important to us.

Is there somewhere listed for reference proper procedure for using Phantom Power with the Scarlet. Or is there a failsafe in place? Excuse my lack of knowledge on the topic.

Check your mic specs to see if you need phantom power. A general rule of thumb is if your mic runs on a battery, then don't enable phantom power.
