I've had this issue before on multiple occasions. It's not often, but this is the first time I took a picture so I decided to post about it. This specific incident happened when switching from 4k to 2k. Switching back to 4k doesn't fix it. It only goes back to normal after a shutdown. It's not a big deal since it doesn't happen often, but one particular case, I was showing off the Scarlet to some important people and it did not look good to see that display issue and having to restart the camera.
Has anyone experienced this or found any fixes? This has happened throughout all firmware releases since February. No error codes are given either.
Edit: Sorry for the optical illusion, but the black border in the middle is actually a mirror frame and the mirror is to the left. The error is the first 1/4 of the screen. It appears as if the last 1/4 of the screen gets cut off and shows up on the first 1/4. The problem also transfers over when connecting to HDMI out, so it's not an LCD issue.
