Ours arrived this morning and we are completely satisfied with the product especially considering the price. We have discovered no flaws whatsoever with our set and suspect, if we handle with care, they will last and serve us well for some time.

    Received mine today as well.

My silver had those brown spots on the underside of the material - and the stitched on velcro clasp used to close the reflector was already fraying out of the box, so it is a matter of time before that falls off.

My white reflector handle unfortunately was broken out of the box, the handle was just floating around on the end of the shaft

See how they hold up otherwise, although I am going to inquire about that broken reflector and see how the customer service is.

Brown spots on the underside dont matter, as the whole thing is designed to only be used on one side.

I got mine and so far am happy. I think people complaining about build quality need to remember what they paid. If it was shit brick tough it would have been $500. Which, they may consider a 'pro' version with alll metal construction and a black one for negative bounce.

no obviously - but stains on a new item is unacceptable to me. And the broken handle out of the box could be just shipping, we'll see the response from them
Otherwise I am excited to use them and see how they hold up

update: Noticed one of the end tips is bent on the end of the white reflector, and the silver reflector end tip has already fallen off

    Mine arrived yesterday.

Joe and I must have the same white reflector. I also have brown spots (quite a few, actually), and my handle fell off as I was pulling it out of the bag!

Fortunately, I had some epoxy laying around, so I just epoxied the handle back on, but I do not expect this thing to be that helpful for outdoor use, as the fabric isn't tight enough to keep from really flapping around.

All in all, I'm not a big fan.

    Alas.

After gluing it back on, can you fit it back into the case?

It seemed like the handle collapsed a few inches so that it would fit into the case length-wise.

Got an email from Mr. Wong, and he's going to replace the one with the broken handle.

I double checked both units, and all the stitching, etc. look ok - so that was my only problem.

Just be careful applying any pressure to the handles.

Also - might be a good idea to insert them back into the case together, instead of one at a time, as it's a tight fit.

Mine just arrived. I think the quality is good for the price, and it works. There were some brown stains on the silver version, hopefully they wash out. But the bad thing is Dutch customs, somehow they bumped up the value to 135 euros from 140 usd and charged an extra 42 euros for importing it. Thats about 50% of the cost of the reflectors.

    Hey there, Les. . .

. . . you are quite right! The now-epoxied handle is just a bit too long to fit into the case and have it close cleanly. On the other hand, since it always stays in my grip truck, it doesn't really matter to me. I'll just have a super sturdy handle now.
