Well, I need to come out and say this, which is that for the price I sure was not expecting any quality to the product, other then just the idea and he concept, all my Umbrellas, the good ones cost 4 to 5 times, and even up and over 10 times this one.

As they say, you get what Pay for.

I hope not... I hate bait & switch and this kinda operation may be subject to a lawsuit by customers for false advertising.

Is there anyone can arrange side by side comparison with Group-Buy unit vs. NAB unit please?

I got mine today... its absolutely crap! They looked 2nd hand! I think this red user deal got NAB demos or defectives!!! Tons of stains and the reflective fabric is really thin and can be pierced easily! I Agree with the other people here, its sub par and wont last long in the field. I ordered two and now wish I hadn't. Amazing idea... hope someone makes a better one soon as I would not recommend this one.

Definitely not, an if this was to be the caae my review would be very NEGATIVE and unforgiven, a cheaply built product is one thing, sending a used or stained material is an other.

    Hé hé,
wait and see what you'll receive.
Make sure someone take a photo of your face reaction while discovering your pourchase. ;)
I'm laughing now but it's not funny just a nervous reaction.

The odd brown staining on these reflectors sounds like the factory workers took a group crap over the reduser inventory...

No brown stains on mine. There were some slight burs on the steel rod inside that goes all the way up, but ... that didn't seem to cause any issues at all with opening or closing.

Design is extremely light, have no idea how it will hold up thru several open and closes.

But, other than the handle coming off, it's not a bad unit or bad design.

I'd just like to see the results of 100 open/closes - if the fabric holds, etc.

But, I'm not about to try that.

I got a prompt email from the manufacturer when I reported my problem.

My hope is that they will resolve this. It's just a manufacturing glitch, and they may need to change how the handles are attached.

If you are a pioneer and are the first to buy a new product, you have to expect a few arrows in the back.

As long as they work to resolve any issues, no real harm done.
