Definitley not worth the $ for the quality.. Got mine today.. Love the idea of what it does, just noticing stitching is done poorly.

They did the right thing and refunded my money immediately upon my request.
Some type of shipping error on the part of the USPS caused my order to be sent back to Hong Kong. I didn't want to wait again for it to be reshipped so I cancelled my order and requested a refund, which Lyon promptly did.
Kudos to them for that.
Damn! I spoke too soon.
Wanting to put my new toys away at the end of the day, I tried to collapse them and put them back in their case.
One of them stuck out of the case a few inches, and there was some play in the handle of the other, so I figured it would collapse a few inches.
It never did, but while looking at the one that did collapse, to see what was different, the handle on the one that did collapse popped right off the end.
It was apparently hot-glued in place, as a few small pieces of hot glue came out and one is rattling around inside.
Never got the other one to collapse, and it won't fit into the case so that I can close the end of the case.
disclaimer: I've actually operated an umbrella before, and my $5 auto extend Walmart umbrella has lasted maybe 50 cycles of extend an collapse while at the mercy of my clumsy hands.
With the handle on that flimsily, certainly don't count on holding it in any slight breeze outdoors or applying any pressure at all while collapsing it.
Hopefully the manufacturer will chime in with a solution?
Solution:
Head to Walmart and purchase a hot glue gun. hahaha sorry not funny.
Anyways, thats too bad the quality sucks. This product had so much potential but I dont think I would consider this product in the future. At least the round 5 in 1 reflectors dont fall apart so easily and they are less than 1/8th the cost.
If they decide to beef up the product and build it to last, then they will have a customer. But paying $189 for a umbrella reflector that comes with brown spots, won't collapse, and has handles falling off because they are glued on is a waste. $189 sounds ridiculous for something made with such poor build quality.
Mine just arrived. Was hoping for better build quality... oh well.
