Working today with my Epic-X and on the last shot of the day this purple stripe appeared on the right side of the frame. Tried rebooting, changing from the OLED EVF to the touchscreen LCD, rolled the firmware all the way back to 2.0.5 but nothing worked. You can see this stripe in the viewfinder/on board touchscreen/HDSDI output and it is recorded to SSD. If I punch into 3K it gets past the problem (and that's how we got the last shot of the day) so I'm worried that the sensor just blew up. Camera is only 41 hours old.

    FYI,
had the handgrip and OLED EVF installed as well as touchscreen.
Running 3.0.6 firmware (requred to use the buttons on OLED)

It's Sunday so I can't get a hold of anyone at Red. Any suggestions from Reduser?

looks like a data corruption. Did you try removing the side ssd drive and then re seating?

Just pulled it off, re-attached. No luck. No change.

are you using a canon mount? If so, remove that and re install.

Hope it's a simple fix. Curious to see what RED says is the issue.

Did you try rebooting without the side handle and reinstalling the most current firmware again without the side handle?

I'm guessing you did this but I don't see it listed, did you try a black shade?

No luck with black shade. Removed all add-ons. Rolled back to 2.0.5 then up to 3.0.6. No dice.
