oled bomb evf. in stock / 3-5 business days as written on red site - NOT TRUE

hi everybody.
do not believe it is true that the new bomb evf (oled) is shipping within 3-5 business days as written on the red homepage. this is definitly not true.

ordered mine on april 19th. haven´t got it today. on 29th.

shipping within 3-5 business days is not true. red: please write down correct shipping times on your store.

people like me are believing on what you are writing down there. i think other customers are also interesting to know what shipping times they can expect.

my rep at red uk told me it will take 2-3 weeks to receive it. why are we european customers always so late in receiving our things?
one or 2 days delay i would understand because of shipping and duty/taxes clearance. but 2 weeks for this process ???

Norbert, I get that you are disgruntled, but that is no reason to repeat an essentially same post multiple times and then start a thread on it.

ordered and paid via wire transfer the new bomb evf / oled on april 18th.

ironically on the red homepage is written: In Stock. Usually ships within 3-5 business days.

let´s see how many weeks it takes to get it delivered.
it´s a fact, that the 3-5 business days are not true.

but i received a mail in the meantime from my rep at red u.k.
2-3 weeks is written in that.

so once again: it´s fact: 3-5 business days are not true...

would be nice, to see the actual (and true) informations on the red site.

i thought i belongs in the complaint department. maybe someone reads it here and changes the shipment info at the red homepage. and martin don't get me wrong: no, i'm not disgruntled, because i asked my rep ad red u.k. and got a honest answer from him. he told me, it will take 2-3 weeks to get it shipped. i asked and got this answer BEFORE i made my order.

i just wanted to warn other people of believing too much in the shipping infos which are given on the products pages. in this case the bomb evf oled. not that anyone expect a faster delivery as it will really happen...
and maybe someone at red can work anything out, that on the product page the REAL shipment infos are to see...

this should be a constructive post. sorry if my english is so bad that i was misinterpreted.
