    I use Nikkor 24 f2.0, 35 f1.4, 55 f1.2 on Epic. I like the image, but they breathe, which I hate.
Epic-M Package, PL and Canon Ti Mount.

Lens breathing aside the Nikon lenses with a canon adaptor work perfectly fine.

Well, my suggestion is that you use those lenses with the Nikon plate Red announced at NAB.

For the primes ... the aluminum plate is just perfect. If you get in to the zooms, you may want the Ti plate.

I really wouldn't use the adaptors on a Scarlet or Epic. Some have, and its generally trouble free ... but mounting the "right" way is a smarter choice when dealing with a $14000+ camera. It also pus your warranty at less risk.

www.optitek.org makes a great Nikon mount for Epic and Scarlet, It's not on the website which only shows the one for Red One.
Locks lens tight and has a geared iris ring.

I have the Optitek and it's great but it may be obsolete as soon as the RED version ships, especially when the RED one is a smart mount with ramping aperture control.

    Thanks Bob!
Right now you can ramp the iris as well with the ProLock. Even on G lenses
We will offer Smart mount update for the Prolock when it's ready.
