  1. #1 Any new EVF mounts available at NAB?
I've been contemplating getting the x EVF mount because I really like the design but I decided to wait until after NAB to see if anything newer/better/cheaper got released. It's to hold my SmallHD DP4 EVF.

Did anyone see or hear about anything new coming out that ie similar?

hello there. Here is our evf solution and you get about double the parts + a top plate for 1299$.
    we are still adjusting prices,
    the price includes,
Top plate with telescopic arm adjustment for a 3rd axis fits Scarlet, Epic x , Epic M.
2 x Quick release Rail bases
    2x Rails
1 short arm with QR-Cam levers
1 long arm with QR- Cam lever
    L evf bracket
    monitor bracket

They can all be adjusted on the fly and all the rotations can be made with friction possitioning

    thank you

Unfortunately the VF plate wouldn't allow for the telescopic feature

the telescopic feature is one of our unique patented designs and it really adds a 3rd axis that take the evf or monitor closer of far from the camera body.People that have different size body structure will find this feature very usefull indeed.
you can also adjust the pivot of the tilt arm on the actual rail as well, apart of the fact that you can slide the rail at any length.
That is also something very usefull as it gives you the possibility of clearence of mechanical parts from your eye.
all the rotary possitioning is made tooless and with friction and you dont have to unlock the cam levers to possition.
you unlock them only when you want to remove the arms for some reason.
Iam also try to make the telescopic feature with friction too.
So one can have a total easy and no tools friction possitioning evf mount.
    will be available very soon
    stay tuned.
