Hey guys, I'm a new RED Scarlet camera user, and testing the camera on a different projects. With my earlier shots I struggled with some noise in my footage, but hopefully working my way through, Thanks to a lot of great RED veterans advise, here on the forum. Check out my latest video, and let me know what you think. I tried 5K too, those shots are not pretty, because of the 12fps, but gave me the widest shots of the stadium.

Neat video plugin, best $100 I ever spent. ISO 3200 IMHO is the highest you can get away with, but 800/1600 is super clean.

Thanks, I'll do my research on those. This was shot ISO 800.

    Nice!

Is the strangeness at 00:30 from shooting at 5K?

So disappointed with the Bruins game today. But cool footage Patrik.

Thanks Brian, yes, I think it was almost all of the wide shots, that were shot 5k 12fps, plus I applied some sharpening.

Thanks Steve, I know, I was at the game, as I cover the games for TV station back in Slovakia. I hope, they'll come back.

I assume this is Zdeno Chara related? When he first signed here, I knew of him, and knew he could play but at that time, the circumstances were a bit weird here in boston and like many fans I was a bit skeptical of the team. I've come to really enjoy his game. He seems like a class act as well, doing a lot of charity work, riding his bike to games, etc. Would be fun to do a small doc on him. Seems like a very interesting guy. He has a laser of a slapshot. Would love to get some phantom footage of his shot.

Yes it is. I mainly shoot interviews with him after the games. I'm working on a documentary about countrymen from Slovakia right now, and have plans to do a project with nhl players, but I love the idea to do documentary on Zdeno only. Tallest player in the NHL ever, with the strongest shot. I'll PM you about it.
