We're preparing to shoot a short film in Louisiana this summer and one of the aspects I'm concerned about are snacks. Yep. We like to keep our crew happy. I'm partial to Twizzlers, little powdered donuts, trail mix and yogurt. In your experience, what are the more popular items amongst craft services... or what do you think they should have and never think of?

Pretzels as sometimes trail mix is no good for those with nut allergies. M&Ms are pretty great to have on hand.

Planning a shoot years ago, I threw some YooHoo drinks in the cooler on a whim, and the electrical dept went nuts. Turns out a bunch of people don't drink coffee but still like a boost. I've had them on every shoot since, and have never had to carry any leftovers home.

All good suggestions, but in my experience the beef jerky is always the first to go.
