i would go and add some redirect magic for the old links,
for example, googling "red.com" on my location and machine, brings this http://www.red.com/experience ...
this is just meant to be a little hint, to come closer to "user experience heaven" ... aka perfection.

Tried that, got this response:
This email address only accepts contact from the RED Customer Service form and correspondence initiated through the contact us page. ...
So I used the support contact page http://www.red.com/contact_us to file a ticket instead. Bummer.
