After several installations of the Photoshop Plugin it is still not installed...

    Mac OS-X 10.6.8
    Adobe CS5 Master Collection
Macbook Pro 17" late 2010 model

The Photoshop's plugin directory does not contain the R3D format plugin. The installation completes without errors - but no plugin is installed. Photoshop still can't open R3D files...
Any chance to be able to download just the actual plugin file (instead of a installer), so I can move it into it's proper directory by myself?

    Thank You...

    Peter

My order for my Epic-X does not show up in my account, and therefore the site won't let me download the beta firmware. I have emailed customer service but not received a response.

Any ideas? I really want to try the new AF!

Too bad, the firmware didn't fix the Histogramm Bar Issue. :(

Peter, maybe you have to install the whole REDCINE X package with player and launcher to achieve this. Everything works fine here.

My order history is gone too. But You should still be able to access the download links.

Only actually had our own Scarlet in hand for 2 weeks now, so still getting comfortable with everything including workflow. We had been working with R3D files to make sure we were prepared for it but of course nothing beats shooting your own. We did the update to RCX today and immediately began using the Red Player. How did anyone ever get along without it? I know there is much more to the update, but this one portion made us very happy! Fantastic. Thank you Red!
