    Hi All,

So yesterday I shot my first job on my new Epic kit, assuming the footage is all good it literally didn't miss a beat. (Except for that viewfinder wig out in playback - annoying).

I was shooting a music video with a lot of high speed stuff and although we had flicker free HMIs mathematically I was a little worried about maxing out at 96fps - I know you can go to 2:1 or 2.4:1 BUT I was shooting 16:9 and didn't want to crop in! I did play back to check for pulsing and flicker and couldn't see any so went ahead.

So, considering we are so close to 100 fps - only 4fps off, could Red please look at pushing the epic to 100 fps at 5K. Maxing out at 96fps seems a little NTSC centric and it'd be great to see just four more frames per second in a future firmware update.

    Red Team - possible?

    Thanks :-)

Seems a great shame to have to go all the way to 4k to get 16:9 at 100 fps.
Surely 4.5 k should be possible.
Requests have amounted to nothing for over a year now, though.
A post from someone big at red early on said that if we got the max size for 100, we'd just ask for more...

If you adjust the Redcode compression, can that help in acheiving 100fps in 5K?
