Hi, do you know if Adobe CS5.5 has a way of opening RedGamma3 collour corrected clips? This is the single most frustrating thing I have been experiencing with the software. Everything else is brilliant.

The RED importer plug-in on the Adobe Labs site adds RedGamma3 and RedColor3 functionality for Premiere Pro CS6:

Can you do me a favor. Go into ~/Library and search for .cfa files. you should find one that matches your red file name. Quit premiere, delete the .cfa file, reopen and try again.

I'm on Windows. Where can I find the "/Library" location you are referring to?

Hi everyone,

I just downloaded and installed the update for CS 5.5 - as listed at the top of this thread. Not sure if there is a more recent version, but I had a strange problem.

I imported two clips. One had its audio, and one had the same hiss / no audio problem that I had before I did the search for the importer update.

What gives?

And, never mind! I just did the /Library Media Cache Files fix, and 86'ed all of my .cfa files. I don't know what they are, but removing them fixed the problem. Brilliant.
