Export setting for internet delivery

What are the best Export setting for internet delivery when working with 5k r3ds or Pro res 4444? ( minimum artifacts )
I also wanted to ask what are the best export settings for anything in general. i.e. the best quality you can get from exporting on premiere.

Typically for web you'd export a mov as H.264. You can go all the way up to 1920x1080 for web these days as most connections can handle it when it's put on sites like vimeo. I would recommend dropping the quality of the export down to 70 though as you'll get a large drop in file size and almost no noticeable difference in quality.

I've often found that exporting out to a h.264 with a .mov wrapper gives less than desirable results. For h.264's I would recommend simply exporting them out as mp4's as this seems to have better device compatibility if you are wanting to send copies through to clients for approval.

This means selecting h.264 as the format rather than QuickTime (with a h.264 codec).

I do H.264 in a .mov container and limit the data rate to about 10,000kb/s
