    We're doing camera tests for a network show, and post has requested our 4kHD 29.97 files to be transcoded to 720p 59.94 Dnxhd 145. I don't have Avid on my machine so I can't see exactly what's going on, but they tell me the transcoded files are playing back at what looks like 200%.

    Can anyone offer me some transcode advice or solutions to this? Thanks.

    720p doesn't have a 145 data rate. How were these transcoded?

    Straight from RedCine. It was one of the drop down options.

    Ah... I rarely work in 59.94 and the data rate wasn't familiar to me. So it sounds like it is doing a frame for frame transcode. Was the base rate set in the camera to 29.97?
