Can't copy firmware onto RedStation/SSD mag

This may be a total bonehead error on my part but I can't seem to copy over firmware upgrades onto my redstation. The Redstation shows up on the desktop so it seems to be mounting correctly...but when I try and copy over the firmware, nada. The firmware has been unzipped but the Force upgrade folder won't copy over. I have tried latest two Epic firmware builds. Also tried e-sata and FW 800. Any help on this would be hugely appreciated!

Did you tried the Red Watchdog write/read feature?

No I haven't Christian. Just got my camera up and running so this is my first crack at things. Is this a Red.com support download? Thanks for the reply! I'll look into the Red Watchdog feature. I'll get back to ya.

Nop, Red watchdog came with Redcine. If you have installed Redcine-x I am sure Watchdog is blocking writing on your SSD card. Check the top right side bar menu if you have it installed in a Mac ( I don't know on PC)
