Hi guys,
Is there any way to show 16x9 guide frames (or custom guide frames) in PP when editing in a full 5k sequence?
At the moment, I've made an image in PS which I keep on the top video track, but it's not ideal.
Is there a way to do this?

How are your skills in Illustrator? You could make a 16:9 rectangle in Illustrator, and IMPORT that into Premiere.... to my knowledge, there isn't a way to "show" an alternative "safe zone" inside a particular sequence/timeline setting.
Yea I've tried that, but it requires rendering to playback (at least on my system).
It's a shame it's not part of PP at the moment, it would be a useful feature.
I'm the "pre-release" team for Adobe... they are ALWAYS asking "what do you want in our software..." consider this a feature request from me! I sent it in this morning! You should go to the Adobe site and add that feature request too! The more folks ask for it... the easier it is to have it done!
