Might not matter too much for most, but is worth coming back and reviewing before finalising, which is what you should be done anyway. Apart from different foods/substances, effecting different colors differently, sleep and rest, fatigue and etc etc should also. Good night's sleep and good diet are a good balanced place to start on the first day and end on the last day before you decide to commit.
    Fascinating.

As much as I appreciate the effort to continually improve red software and firmware for free (awesome) this does raise the question:
Why did it take 4.5 years for the red color science to mature?

Which brings to mind another question... Why WASN'T Rome built in a day?
One camera is a shoot... two or more is a production.

Heh heh... we acknowledged that we had no idea what we were doing when we started. It makes sense that it would take us some time to get it figured out. And I'm betting we can still make it better!

    RAW baby!

Good point. My 2nd boy was born a month and a half ago and I still don't think I've matured completely....

4.5 years to mature? That's the beauty of RED. They can come out with stuff years from now that we can use with our cameras we have today and footage we shot yesterday. Other companies make you buy a new camera every 4.5 years.
