Some of our B-roll was mistakenly shot at 4KHD instead of the intended 1.9:1. But in the RedCine framing tab, there is no 1.9:1 crop, only 1.85 and 2:1--similar but not quite the same.

How does one get around this? Crop for 2:1 and deal with the different sizes in Final Cut? It's a simple music video, so it's a first light in RedCine, editorial in FC 7, output to 1080.

    Thanks everyone.

You can have any crop you want. You are referring to "Lock Aspect Ratio" which is just a guide. If you want a 1.89 ratio then multiply the numbers by your footage and enter the fields into the custom crop box. Footage I'm working on right now is 5120x2700. If your footage is say 3840x2160, then you'd want a box about 3840x2032 big. 2160-2032=128, so 64 on top and bottom would give you a center frame. Thus you'd put in:
    origin x 0
    origin y 64
    width 3840
    height 2032
