We have just been appointed the distributor of this lens for cinema use. We have added a special stainless steel mount for extra strength and will offer the lens with gear rings for focus and iris. The lens has just gone through and intensive weekend shoot and the results are extraordinary. This is actually an F.92 lens that translate to an T.95 in use. It is the fastest 50mm.
As an aside, I find all this talk of "cinema" lenses and "photography" lenses, (whatever the F that means), to be so amusing! What counts is the image, plain and simple.
This lens will be listed on our webstore at www.spacecam.com within the next few days.

If you'd like to educate yourself, you can read the following article: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread...-Cinema-Lenses

I have no issue with the lens itself. I think it is misleading to those who don't know any better to call it a cine lens.
Thank you Red Team for unlocking/correcting the i/data technology. Cooke lenses are reading correctly and all his happy in Cooke/Epic land. Thanks!

perhaps you should judge it on its merits, not its nationality. I'm sure we'll be getting reviews as soon as Spacecam can push these out the door....
