Reconnecting epic R3D

I am about to deliver a documentary shot on EPIC amongst other cameras for DI and have come across a small problem. I transcoded the rushes into Pro Res Lt 720 for the offline keeping the same name but as there is no proxy how do I link back to the R3D's?
will an xml automatically link them? The Di is on a baselight.

Any Ideas?

Why do YOU need to link back to R3D? Just provide to DI house an XML or EDL of the edit, along with original R3D files and Baselight will do the rest. Easy...
