Quick Controls Chaos is an interactive online experience harnessing the power of 17 Red Epic cameras shooting 5K at 48fps in a 180 degree field of view. From pre-viz through post, Identity FX is excited to share some details about our involvement in this cutting edge project.
The experience is now public and can be seen here:

From a data and post production management perspective, this project was a massive undertaking. More info to come, quick breakdown is we shot 9 Red Epic's at 5K 48fps with 14mm primes in a 9 camera array. Rotated the array 90 degrees for a second take of action to complete the 180 degree field of view with a total of 17 unique camera angles. A MASSIVE amount of data, 999 frames per interactive perspective and each frame a VFX composite of a minimum of 5 - and as many as two dozen - layers per camera angle. Front end Red media optimization done in Mistika, offline editorial in Mistika & FCP 7, VFX compositing done in MochaPro, Nuke and Maya. Conform and final grade done in Mistika.
Here's a pre-viz diagram of the concept:
And here's a couple of shots of the array from set:
