    Daniel,
What follow focus are you using?

The A Box comes with a short bolt-on 19mm rod that you can screw into any 1/4-20 hole. Looks like this: http://www.x.com/bolt-on-19mm-rod

Shot the last 2 weeks in Japan with the A-Box mounted on the top plate / off the side - x sends a 19mm 'spud' with the unit so you can mount this way without using rails.

Even in a 'Bare Bones' handheld config (still playing with the set-up to find the 'best' way), there is nothing stealth about this camera… Every time I pulled it out there were people taking pics of me / with me, and asking questions… Plus it gets heavy quick.

Can't believe I get paid to do this.
If I don't own it I rent it...

Glen, those RED lenses are heavy man! Time to get a Nikon zoom, or some primes :)

    Michael,
Did you have any trouble getting your RR Micro MB at the right height? I can't tell from your pictures if you are using something to extend the height of the matte box. We have one that we were hoping to use on ours but are a little worried that it won't be high enough.

Daniel, how is the Red Touch LCD mounted in your handheld rig? I can't fully make out what that arm is. Thanks!

Thanks, Mike and Glen. I will order one as soon as I get my Epic. About the top plate, what are the differences between the x one and the Red one (excluding price) ?

The LCD mount is a combination of a rod to rosette attachment connected to a Dogbone B, with an accessory attachment bracket. It's very similar to the setup in the Red store. When using the clutch it puts the LCD in a really good spot and allows for moving it closer and farther away from your face. The issue I've got right now is that the standard cable is too short and the angled connection makes it difficult to plug in, so right now I'm using the Red One LCD cable which is a bit too long. That said, it's a sturdy and comfortable setup.

And Ryan that is an Arri FF1.

Scarlet #00476 "Manhattan" is starting to come together.

Just waiting for the new ET EVF mount ... and I need to look into a couple good LCD mounting solutions.

Urban Camo ... just for fun.

Sorry for the poor iPhone photos.
