Noticed the little tork wrench was slightly tacky which helped keep a grip on it and not potentially drop it on the OLPF. Don't know if this was done intentionally, but if so, that just goes to show the power of the thinking at RED.

Mine was goey too! Smelled and felt like oil from a CNC machine. I cleaned it off so I didn't have sticky crappy hands while working around the OLPF. :)

This is a PERFECT fix for the problem. Simple, easy to install. I haven't had a chance to test it yet. Going on the assumption that RED did for now.

I've sent emails, PM's... to anyone and everyone at RED... how the hell do you get this thing! My Bomb rep does not have a clue what Im talking about.
Who is this mysterious RED person that is handing these things out...

Or Did only a select few get these things?
Or did all EPIC M and X owners get emails of its existence?

I'm feeling a bit alienated here.. For such a critical camera fix, we all should have been emailed.

So who is secret OLPF Port Bushing dealer...
Anyone got any contact details.

RED installed the flare guard when I drove down to pick up our Scarlet, so I took some video to share. Took less than 5 minutes to install

And don't drop anything onto the chip!!!!!
