Once a clip is altered in RedCineX, how do I save the altered version so it can later be placed in the Adobe Premiere Pro CS5 editing time-line ? I, of course, still want to maintain the original "un-altered" shot.
I'm using a Windows7 PC.
Thanks.

Save to RMD, or have Autosave RMD enabled. All settings in RCX that relate to how the Altered shot looks are saved to the RMD sidecar file. You can then within the Premiere source settings dialog have it load the RMD.
Keep in mind that none of the "plugin effects" in red cine translate over to Premiere. So if you grade a clip in Red Cine pro using the plug-ins such as Alchemy, save the RMD and open that clip in Premiere, it will look as if the Alchemy effect is not applied. Just something to keep in mind.
