Thanks for the quick info David. Would be a great option to speed up post for our 1080 clients and still keep the raw workflow. Loving the Alchemy!

But then it wouldn't be the raw workflow.

Not a bug but a feature request. Opening a project that has missing files, if the files don't exist there's no way to stop the software failing to open the project, unless it's substituing duplicate files. There should be a way to say 'ignore missing files'

Having trouble transcoding 2K files to Prores 422(HQ). I can send a log file if you guys are intrested. I get a few black frames and error messages. It finishes the transcode but it includes black frames.

    EDIT:
could also be the new red rocket firmware. I am having same issue using RCX build 487.

I'm having a strange issue where sometimes I lose all mouse control on Windows Vista 64bit. It seems to happen after I move a slider perhaps "too quickly". Through a combination CTRL+ALT+DEL or Alt+Tab I can regain control. I'm still experimenting, but it does happen.

V8 seems to be working very well so far -it must be getting close to a release build- though I would love to ask to have the ability to set the rotation so as to correct frames that are not level with a given horizon...since we're in 5K and doing the one light passes here and then exporting it would be great do be able to do the resizing here with the full file rather than applying the effect in Avid, which then requires more fiddling to adjust to get the same thing. As it is now, there is Rotation but only for 90 degrees.

And while I'm at it why not add keyframes? Or am I just getting cheeky?
