I really think that the RED TOUCH 5.0" LCD is the way to go for monitoring. Easy menu access, and touch focus - won't use that all the time, but awesome to have.

Don't forget the top handle and some sort of shoulder mount and cage solution. The Scarlet tactical cage looks like a good option. The top handle is a must. I'll definitely get that. And, of course, the Red Armor!

I think 64 GB SSDs are too small, if you shoot HDR, you'll get 20 minutes on a card...
