Scratch and Avid artist color

I have been using Scratch for a week now and love the way it works. Easy to understand and the work flow is just amazing but the set up of the Avid artist color is a little challenging. I was hoping there was a pre made setup you can download or that someone would be able to share one of there setup's. If someone could get back to me it would be greatly appreciated. I think many people could benefit from a good starting point and if need be they could configure some of it the way they prefer.

No i didn't talk to support as I thought if it works when it is setup then it wasn't a support problem. I got it to work but the configuration needs to be setup so I need to program scratch and all the control nobs to work. Following the instructions of copying cs_devices.xml and setting enable for the mc control panel, and copying the cs_mappings_MC_Color.xml to the proper location was easy and now I can get into the configuration of the control panel but by default nothing is configured.
