    This course is amazing. It could work just as well for Starbucks baristas,
    but you'd have to add "how to use the hot coffee cup and sugar to blind the attacker".

    "The warm blood is.." and Local 80 guys can come help :)

    But, you should have recommended the Red Steel 19MM, instead of the ET ones. More heft to steel!! And less reactive to the bleach during cleanup.....
