Hehe of course. Though pool tiles are nice, and the occasional pool mermaid passing by is definitely worth a look, I definitely meant your final work, worth sharing. :)

You may have seen Gerald's brilliant 45 Gegapixel Image of Dubai.

If you have not seen it, enjoy it here

Here, we begin testing the use of the RED EPIC for "Gegapixelography"...if that is even a word? :)

Ah nice! I haven't tried loading an Epic or Scarlet on that just yet, but it looks like it's holding just fine!

Prepping for the Dubai World Cup, where $33,000,000 are at stake during the 9 races. Ready to capture it with EPICs, 5DMiii's (for time-lapse), and one of my favorite lenses. The Canon 800mm.

I love shooting telephoto so much.

Coming up soon some of my Scarlet-X shots with a vintage Leica R Telyt telephoto 400mm and there will be a several quick & dirty random tests of very fast wind surfers on Vimeo.

    Stay tuned.

Which reminds me. A huge thanks to the people at RED. I've been super busy the past couple of weeks on a number of projects here in Dubai but will soon, inshallah, feature the city of Dubai at night with the Leica-M Noctilux with a prototype from RED's little workshop.

My first thoughts? RED is definitely maintaining their ability to build the most beautifully built hardware. It is rock solid...every bit as much as the Ti Canon Mounts...

Hey Joseph- Go ahead and put that lens and mount in your duplicator machine and e-mail them to my office, stat! I need to print out a copy and do some testing of my own.

Haha! In the picture with the EPIC, we are using a 100mm RPP. We have been using the Canon 90mm TS lens with the 5Dmiii's more so because it is easier to import the 300 pictures from a 360° pano from a Canon than it is to go through a video stream and export 300 TIFFs in RC-X.
