    Jim,

And of course all of these will be available before the Chrismas shopping season?

I would be nervous about the FF35 line disappearing... but the Epic-S is gone too. And by the time Epic-S starts shipping the Dragon sensor should be shipping as well.

This is reduser so what's a thread without wild speculation:

    - Epic-X was supposed to be out by now so it was designed for the Mysterium X.
    - Instead we got over a year of upgraded RED Ones and 6 months of Epic-Ms.
    - Sensors weren't supposed to be upgrade-able but Epics don't start shipping in volume probably until October.
    - The new Monstro sensors will be ready by Spring and the one thing in RED's dev cycles that have almost always been on time is the sensor.
    - Customers would look at Epic and say to themselves... "Not upgradable and only 3 months before it's obsolete?"
    - Enter Dragon announcement.
    - Scarlet S35 gets pushed back along with Epic and consolidated into the Epic-X for practical production reasons. With a couple month delay on Epic-X it'll have even less time before the new sensor line is ready. So what was supposed to be out for a year or 6 months before Monstro/Dragon is now only a month or two. "Not upgradable and only a month before it's obsolete?"

So here is my uninformed prediction from someone who knows nothing.

    1) Dragon is FF35. 2) Epic-S has been delayed until May/June to incorporate dragon at launch but 6k will only be doable maybe without HDRx (?which is fine with Dragon?) or else in burst for stills.

There are your two surprises. Or at least I hope those are the two.

the roadmap jim put up, then commented on to say that RED reserves the right to change at will, indicates that the order the roadmap is listed does not indicate the order of the release of each product only a very very loose guideline.

Jarek, I think we are the few who still have faith in the Epic S.

How about 5k for 5k? Not sure where I got that idea.

Ok, so it looks like Epic-S is on the chopping block.

What about Scarlet? Does the single entry mean Scarlet Fixed/Scarlet Cinema are released simultaneously or does it mean just Scarlet Fixed and Scarlet Cinema was on the chopping block?

No complaints, I'd just like a clarification.
