I cannot remember that form either.
That said, I thought it was kind of hard to misunderstand.
As I am involved in quite a few cameras... I have understood it like that the one who had the serial WHEN ordering Stage-2 would be good.
Cheers

I also understood it like the whole point of stage 2 and 3 was to keep those "other" cams out of circulation until the Epics hit the street.
If you did Stage 2, you either signed that form or agreed to those same exact terms on our Stage 2 reservation microsite. Either way, we have the record of it and you would not have been able to execute your Red One for Stage 2 without agreeing to those terms.

Thanks for clearing this up!
I have felt kind of stupid hanging on to good old Charlie, while watching people selling off (as I have had access to other cameras).
(Well, not only stupid, as I really love the R1 M image)
NOW it starts making sense again.
Wonder how those brokering "stages deals" have hadled this to the best interst of their clients?

It would be cool and just too perfect if the first camera in line for the Dragon/Brain upgrade path is the R1, then all the "dealbreakers" with "Baditude" will see the error in their ways. I'm all for supporting perpetual R1 development so it can remain deadly on the front lines, the beefier super solid nature of it's battle proven chassis is an asset. It's the perfect studio workhorse. Red One DRAGON. . .YEAH! Has a lethal Kung-fu ring to it! (With Epic Dragon to follow, TBA of course).
