I'm about half way done testing a lot of lenses with the electronic Al EF mount.

However, one that I know needs profiling is the Sigma 300mm f/2.8.

When connected to the camera it opens and shuts the aperture very quickly making what I would describe as a "scary" almost grinding noise.

I can confirm the Voigtlander 40mm f/2 SL II EF works fine on the mount.

Phil, where do you see using this lens? I like the very small form factor.

Just went to my local camera store to pick up a Canon 8-15L f4 and had the same experience.

    Jared (or anyone else),

Do you know if the Sigma 17-50mm F2.8 EX DC OS HSM lens works with the Canon mount? If not, I hope it gets profiled soon as it looks like a great lens to use on Scarlet and Epic at 4K. Right now, this is the only thing holding me back from buying it!!!

    Thanks!
