Great to see. I'd be even happier to see a similar pile of RED SCARLET-X Canon EOS Mounts :-)

If you want to shoot Canon on EPIC you will need to order the T mount.
I'm sure I read the Aluminum mount would be available for purchase eventually, but no timescale was given. Would be good to know if this is a 2 month or 6 month wait.

With Scarlet on the production line they must be churning them out shortly

I've been silent on the boards since going in halfsies with a friend of mine. I've been a part of this community for so long, having used Red Ones on sets and in studios (thanks Greg et al at DigitalFX!) and being a Red Owner of sorts for the first time is really cool. I feel like I'm a man who has everything he's ever wanted in a physical sense. In 2010 I completed a short film on DSLR and was amazed at the opportunities of low-cost filmmaking all over again. I hope to get the Scarlet before year's end, but who knows. I'm just excited to be more of a direct part of the ride this time. You sign up with RED and believe as I have believed in the power of a new camera company, you are signing up for a roller coaster of emotion which I've ridden with all of you before on the sidelines. I can't wait to use Scarlet on my next film for what it is - a tool... an amazing tool. Bring on the dumb Nikon mount!

Does the A on some boxes mean AI mount? Why would they be in a box if it was.. Did I just answer my own question?

We are looking VERY good right now. That monster, monster, monster stack of orders from the first day has finally been chopped down, and you will start to see that order date to ship date spread Shrink very fast.
I so so wish this was true, but with the holiday period nearly upon us I'm beginning to think that it's not going to happen, or even worse, that the expensive underwater shoot I have booked for early January will be done with EOS 5s while my EPIC M sits on a shelf. It's hard not to be despondent when the situation is like this.

I thought they were one and the same... You know interchangeable... Epic and Scarlet using the same accessories... So why would it matter if the box says one or the other?
