When I transcode 3D files in redcinex, it doesn't remember any of the adjustments I made, like flipping, rotating or syncing. Can someone please tell me what I'm missing?

    Is Auto save RMD on?
Also, drop it into the bin first.

My problem is my muxed L&R renders as L&L the 3D clip looks fine in the viewer and in the bin I select the clip with the 3D tag on it hit export but it renders L&L. Any ideas.
