    A RED Mag seems to be 4.125 x 2.25 x .315

Looks like it might just fit. $15-$20 is a bit steep for one card though.

Just tried an audio cassette case. Standard one is a hair too small. Maybe a more pro version would fit.

I'm thinking these might do the trick. The one on the bottom. Would just have to cut the little tabs out the inside.

Exactly. I'm thinking about just buying a case of those cassette cases and making a foam insert.

*Nevermind, just found one amongst my old tapes...just so very too small.

For one SSD I've been using a Lowepro DMC-Z neoprene case. It just perfectly fits the RedMag. And to make a less snug fit, I removed the inner CF insert. Small, lightweight, inexpensive.

nice, thanks man! that looks like a good option... for now

i'd love to have it in a pelican-ish hard case snug in some shock-absorbing material, with a simple latch to open. just like those pelican cf card cases... http://www.pelican.com/cases_detail.php?Case=0940

edit: now that i'm looking at those cases, it says they come with a "plain liner". the ones i've used have only been cut for cf cards, any thoughts on whether this so-called plain liner would fit a redmag?
