Why are you asking about ProRes in the Avid forum, you know you can transcode to .mxf right?

    we need some more infos.
    which prores flavour?
    which resolution?
    which debayer setting?
is it intended for offline editing?

dnxhd 36 is the most common offline editing codec we are asked when editing is done on avid.
