Would it be possible in Epic to trigger the pre-record when something changes quickly in the image? For example, while pre-record is on the camera points to a room, and then the record is automatically launched when somebody walks into the room.

Nothing like 5k surveillance I guess...LOL!
Also good for nature potentially.. At that point though you would probably be setting laser traps.
I’ve been working with the Epics for a few weeks now on a 3D feature and have a few thoughts.
I’m sure this is being worked on but being able to do H and V flips in camera would be great asap. 3D would benefit no end!
I also think the labeling of the HD-SDI outs could be changed. It’s a little confusing having Program and Preview as options. Maybe Clean and Overlay would be more suitable.
