Can't do it. Not possible. Give someone 96fps and they want 100fps. Give them 100fps and they want 120fps... etc. :-)

When you hold an EPIC and consider the size and specs... as well as the fact there are no other similarly capable cameras at any size... EPIC is a miracle.

Thanks for sharing info, John, on your new M - it's great that these EPIC cameras are being put into very diverse hands.

Does anyone know what the serial number system for EPIC cameras will be? It seems as if a new serial system is evolving. It's kind of a trite question, I suppose, but I'm superstitious.

It will be impossible to match everyone's RED ONE serial number to an EPIC since they are not being purchased in the same order. RED ONE owners have a few options (Stages) to choose from...

I suppose that does create an unnecessary hairball for RED - thanks for the answer, Jim. It will be fun to see who the stork brings to my doorstep....

I just asked the question as I shoot a lot in 50hz/ PAL countries, so what's possible at 100fps is of particular interest, and only a hair away from 96.

    Thanks for the answer, though.

You can shoot 4.5K at 100fps...

will higher rates be available at lower resolutions like on the RED One?
like for example, at 2K, 250fps?
    Is this even a possibility?
