Hey guys, shooting a commercial on John's Epic M for the next 4 days. Took the Epic out for a test run this afternoon and i must say that I am pleased with what I'm seeing. All these test grabs were shot at 96fps. All shot with natural light. Thanks John for flying all the way and for trusting me with your camera.

I posted this over in Jim's "Epic-M Owners please post more footage" thread, but I thought I'd put it here as well.

Impressive John, I have a feeling we're going to be seeing a lot more hi res slow motion stuff than ever before thanks to Epic.

Incredibly cool. I wasn't super interested in overcranking on my Red One, and didn't realize that the resolution hit played such a big part in driving that choice. 5k 96fps, coupled with the low-light capabilities of the sensor, really make it easy.

That looks awesome! I'm still not a huge fan of having an open shutter, although it looks like this was filmed in pretty low light so I guess you've gotta do what you've gotta do.

Hi John, Thanks for posting the "Paper Falling 1080p" clip, it looks awesome, my EPIC-M arrived a few days ago and I wanted to let you, I remember at the RED store you told me to let you know when I got my EPIC-M, I shot a couple of projects with it and I'm amazed with the quality of the footage. nice meeting you at the RED presentation, I hope you are doing great.
