i will update this in the next few days...know that we chose the widest lenses in a set and if they cover, by default the others will cover for the most part. so idid not bother listing them.

Nope. It does not. Try approx. 40mm depending on your focal distance. But Angenieux is developing an adapter for full 5K coverage - estimated light loss 1/3 stop.

12-1 as it is called as an abbreviation is the 24-290...it is in my chart. we agree with mark, although we got 45mm as safe not 40...but we were being conservative probably.

Thanks Dino, wow this is so helpful. Kinda underscores the point that Mark and Jared made on another thread ... basically that Ultra Primes could very well be the best all around lens for the Epic in terms of performance, speed, coverage, size, and price. Now where's that extra $100,000 I had laying around .....

Thanks Mark, and Dino. I missed it sorry. I suppose 1/3 of a stop is nothing when shooting ISO800 or a little higher for exterior daytime, even if stopping down some.

hi dino, with the optimo rouge 16-42 vignetting at the wide end.

was this the optimo with a 31,1 mm image coverage or the updated one with 32mm image coverage

    31,1 mm image circle
    http://www.abelcine.com/store/Angeni...-16-42mm-Lens/

    32 mm image circle
    http://www.angenieux.com/zoom-lenses/index.php?txt=7
    under data sheet

i will get one with 32mm image circle and want to know if its vignetting (angenieux says no vignetting with the updated version)
red is not a color, it's a camera.
